The Mainz-Henderson Family

On Tuesday, December 5th of 2023, Jason and Michele Mainz and their two daughters were wrongfully evicted from their home in Raymond, New Hampshire. A court order compelled them to vacate their house with their pets and as many of their belongings as they could carry in a matter of ten minutes. This court order came without warning, at the behest of an estranged family member who is forcing the sale of their home.

Faced with nowhere to go, Jason and Michele were able to stay with local family and friends while they fight to return to their home. The pending sale of their home will continue as the legal negotiations commence. They are in need not only in their legal fight, but in their potential short term rental and storage needs as well.

This family is not only in need of your help, but they remain a valued asset to the community they have chosen. With roots ranging back decades in the town of Raymond, and the broader region alike, the Mainz-Henderson embodies the values of Southern New Hampshire and New England at large. They belong in their community, and deserve to stay there.

No one deserves to homeless for the holidays! If you are able, please consider donating to the links below:
